Chakra Healing Circle - Root Chakra

Join us at GypSea Roots Collective for a powerful night of healing. Each month, we'll be covering one of the chakras in our monthly healing circle.
In April we'll be working with the Root chakra.
Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Foundation and Grounding
Objective:: Understand the importance of grounding, stability, and survival needs.
Activities

• Introduction to chakras and the concept of energy centers.
• Exploration of the Root Chakra: location, signs of balance and imbalance.
• Grounding meditation and visualization practices.
• Physical activities: Yoga asanas for grounding
• Discussion on lifestyle adjustments to enhance grounding and stability.
• Group Reiki/Energy Healing

Park in any spot in our lot labeled “tenant” or “customer.” There is also plenty of free parking right across the street in the back left lot of the opera house.
