Hey! I am Hayley, Street Dance Teacher of 16 years and a Mum of two. I run street dance classes, team building workshops plus hen and birthday parties for Adults across East Sussex. I love the outdoors, wine and doing housework with the music blasting (yes, really!) I am a massive advocate for promoting mental wellbeing via dance and movement and want to break the misconception that you need to be a 'dancer' to attend a dance class.
