New Yoga & Sound Class with Suzanne – Starting Monday 21st of July! 🌿

We’re so excited to share a beautiful new offering at Healing Heather Holistics — Yoga & Sound with Suzanne!

Suzanne recently completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, specialising in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga, and is ready to guide you through a practice that nurtures both body and soul.

But there’s more…

Suzanne is also a qualified sound healer, known for her deeply soothing sound baths using crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, a 32” gong, and other magical instruments. Since 2022, she’s been performing sound baths across Glasgow — and now, she’s bringing her two greatest passions together: Yoga and Sound.

This class is perfect for beginners, but welcoming to all levels. You’ll enjoy a gentle, grounding flow to release tension and reset for the week ahead.

✨ Finishing Touch: Each session ends with a beautiful sound bath during savasana to deepen your relaxation and enhance your meditation.
