Under the powerful energy of the Full Moon, allow your body, mind, and spirit to soften, release, and reset.

Heidi will begin by guiding you through a gentle meditation, supporting you to let go of what no longer serves you and welcome in fresh intentions.
You will then be immersed in a deeply restorative sound bath using chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other healing instruments. Each layer of sound helps the body return to harmony, allowing energy to flow with ease.
