This one-day training seminar is designed to provide competitors riding in The Brigstock Round Table with an opportunity to ready themselves for the combat – training at our 13th-century ‘barrel’ type quintain, practicing lance encounters with other riders, and working on the finer points of mounted sword fighting. This is also an important time for attending to any last equipment issues.
Modern riding gear will be appropriate for warming up and some of the training.
