Begin your journey into the fascinating world of Reflexology with our comprehensive three-day practical training course.
This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to deliver a professional Reflexology treatment safely and effectively.
Across three full training days, you will explore the principles and practice of Reflexology and learn how to work systematically with the reflex points of the feet. Training will include client consultation and care, contraindications and precautions, treatment preparation, professional hygiene, positioning, therapist posture, practical Reflexology techniques, treatment planning and appropriate aftercare.
You will learn how to perform a complete professional Reflexology treatment and how to adapt your approach appropriately to individual client needs.
Training takes place in a small, supportive group with a maximum of six students, allowing plenty of time for hands-on practice, individual guidance, assessment and tutor feedback.

Entry requirement – Anatomy & Physiology: Students must have successfully completed an appropriate Anatomy & Physiology qualification before attending this course. If you do not currently hold the required qualification, please contact us before booking and we can provide guidance on obtaining this prior to your training.
Following the practical training, students may also be required to complete case studies and additional assessment work before certification. Full instructions, guidance and ongoing tutor support will be provided.
Successful completion of all required practical and theoretical elements is required for certification.
This course is ideal for students wishing to develop the professional skills and knowledge required to offer Reflexology treatments confidently and safely.
Niveau: Beginner
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the course start time on each of your three training days to allow time to settle in and prepare.
Please wear comfortable, practical clothing suitable for giving and receiving Reflexology treatments. This is a highly practical course and students will work with one another throughout the training.
Students will both give and receive Reflexology treatments, so please ensure your feet and nails are clean and appropriately prepared for practical work.
Please bring your course manual and any materials or coursework that have been provided to you.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided on all three training days. Please let us know in advance about any dietary requirements or allergies.
Anatomy & Physiology is a mandatory entry requirement for this course. Students must have successfully completed an appropriate Anatomy & Physiology qualification before attending the practical training.
If you do not currently hold the appropriate qualification, please contact us before booking. We can provide guidance on obtaining the required qualification prior to attending. Evidence of your qualification may be requested.
