Home Education Gymnastics
Our Home Education Gymnastics classes provide a fun, structured and supportive environment where children can develop physically, socially and emotionally through movement.
Designed specifically for home-educated children, each session follows a progressive gymnastics programme led by qualified coaches. Children will build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and confidence while learning exciting gymnastics skills on a variety of apparatus, including bars, beam, vault, floor and trampoline.
As well as developing physical literacy, our classes encourage teamwork, problem-solving, resilience and friendships in a welcoming, inclusive setting where every child can progress at their own pace.
Whether your child is completely new to gymnastics or already has experience, our Home Education classes offer a fantastic opportunity to stay active, make friends and enjoy learning new skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
Suitable for: Home-educated children of all abilities.
What to wear: Comfortable sports clothing or a leotard, with long hair tied back and bare feet.

We're looking forward to welcoming you to Gym Rox Home Education Gymnastics at Hutton Poplars!
What to wear
Comfortable sports clothing or a gymnastics leotard.
Bare feet (no shoes or socks on the gymnastics equipment).
Long hair must be tied back.
Please remove all jewellery before the class.
What to bring
A named water bottle.
Any required medication (please let a coach know before the class begins).
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the class starts so your child is ready to begin on time.
During the class
Home Education classes are independent sessions, so parents do not enter the gym during the lesson.
Parents are welcome to wait in our waiting area or leave and return to collect their child at the end of the session.
Please ensure you return promptly for collection.
Parking
Free parking is available at Hutton Poplars.
