A specialist 1:1 session designed to help you understand your baby, feel more confident, and navigate digestion, settling, sleep and early development in the early weeks and months.
The early days with a new baby can feel overwhelming, especially if your baby seems unsettled, uncomfortable, windy, refluxy or difficult to soothe.

This consultation offers calm, expert guidance to help you understand what may be contributing to your baby’s behaviour, and how best to support them.

Drawing on my experience as an Infant & Maternal Wellbeing Specialist, the session looks at the whole picture, including feeding patterns, digestion, body tension, positioning, movement and your baby’s individual cues.

Together, we explore gentle, practical strategies to support your baby’s comfort and development, while helping you feel more confident in responding to their needs.

Your consultation may include:
• Understanding your baby’s feeding patterns and cues
• Gentle techniques to support digestion and comfort
• Positional support for feeding, winding and settling
• Developmental movement to support comfort and ease
• Observing any tension or asymmetry that may affect feeding or settling
• A simple, personalised plan to continue at home

Every consultation is tailored to your individual baby and family.
Once booked, you will receive a short questionnaire to complete in advance. This allows the session to be fully personalised from the moment you arrive.
