Celebrating Black History Month and Diversity within the Hospitality sector

As part of Black History Month, the hospitality community will come together for a special event celebrating the rich cultural diversity that shapes and strengthens the sector with wine and canapes for all to enjoy.

This gathering will highlight the achievements, contributions, and experiences of Black professionals within hospitality, while also opening up the conversation about how diversity and inclusion can be truly embedded across the industry.

The event will feature a dynamic panel discussion with leading voices from across the hospitality sector. Panellists will share their personal journeys, insights, and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities that come with creating inclusive workplaces. They will also explore practical strategies for businesses to nurture diverse talent, break down barriers, and ensure equal opportunities for all.
