This welcoming class is a relaxed and supportive space designed for complete beginners or anyone who would like to revisit the foundations of yoga. Together, we’ll move gently and mindfully, learning how to connect movement with the breath while beginning to understand how yoga feels in your body.

We take a slow, steady approach, giving you time to explore alignment, develop body awareness and build strength and flexibility safely. Some classes may pause to focus on specific postures, helping you deepen your understanding and gain confidence step by step. Modifications and variations will always be offered so you feel comfortable and supported throughout your practice.

This class is ideal if you:

  • Are new to yoga
  • Are returning to yoga after a break
  • Want to build confidence before moving to more dynamic classes
  • Prefer a gentle, encouraging pace
  • Want to improve mobility, balance, and relaxation

This class offers a calming space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

No experience needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.

What to bring:

  • A yoga mat if you have your own if not we have them available at the studio.
  • A bottle of water to stay hydrated
  • An open mind and a willingness to go at your own pace

This is a relaxed, supportive space for total beginners or those wanting to revisit the foundations of yoga. We’ll move gently, learn how to work with the breath, and gradually build confidence in your practice.
