Improvers+ Light and Heavy Shoe 🇮🇪

This is a weekly 1-hour class for Improvers+ level dancers with 2-3 years experience in Irish dancing. You can drop-in or join weekly.
This class will cover both heavy and light shoe, and is perfect for dancers who are very confident with the basics and looking to build on their skills and learn some new choreography!
To join this class you should already feel very confident with...
• Light shoe basics (jumps, threes, evens, backs, points, spins)
• Heavy shoe basics (shuffles, tips, stamps)
You will also feel comfortable with...
• Light shoe moves (points, switches, leaps)
• Heavy shoe rhythms (beginners treble reel, heavy jig, hornpipe)

Whilst we encourage people to join every week to build on skills and steps, you are also very welcome to drop-in and join half-way through a term.
🕺 Your teacher will be Jessie Leach, former All-Ireland Irish dancing champion and Riverdance cast member.
🗓️ Single tickets for specific dates can be purchased. You can purchase a one-off ticket or purchase a class pass and use towards your classes.
Please note: This is not a course, so emails will not be sent out after each class. You are welcome to join on a drop-in basis, however we recommend joining weekly to build confidence and skills!

Instructies
💧 Bring a bottle of water and wear something you're happy to sweat in! Trainers are fine, or dancing shoes are great!
Loop earplugs are recommend for those with noise sensitivity.
🍻 This is a social and supportive class followed by a trip to The Lord Nelson pub each week!

Refunds:
No refunds are offered for individual classes. You can transfer your ticket to another date up to 5pm the day before, once only. If you have used a pass, you can simple cancel the ticket by 5pm and the credit will be returned to your pass.
No refunds are allowed for individual classes included if a full-block ticket has been purchased. You may cancel your block booking, without charge, up to 72 hours before the start of the first session. Please email hello@jigandaswig.co.uk up to 72 hours before the course start time to confirm cancellation and request a refund.
