Join us for a deeply nourishing Sunday afternoon sanctuary, designed to help you slow down, soften, and reset.
This 2-hour immersive experience begins with a full hour of gentle Yin Yoga, led by Jill, allowing the body to release tension, calm the nervous system, and create space for stillness and breath.
Following this, Vicky will guide you into a soothing Sound bath, using healing vibrations and sound to support deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
Please wear suitable comfy clothing,
There will be mats, blocks and blankets provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own equipment and a pillow or bolster for your head and also under knee support. Anything at all for extra comfort during the Sound bath.
