We invite you to the beautiful Soma Wellness in the heart of Otley.
@ justbeewellbeingforchildren and @resounding Wellness North have come together to offer a supportive and relaxing session for 7-11 years and their grown up,
combining the holistic benefits of yoga, movement , mindfulness and a relaxing soundbath.
This session blends high energy movement, focused yoga and calming mindful practices giving children the opportunity to explore self regulation tools, self care and moments of calm, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Please join in alongside your child as little or as much as you are able/ willing.

Sound healing and sound therapy are considered low risk holistic practices. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, there are certain medical conditions ( known as contraindications) which mean attendance is not suitable.
By purchasing a ticket, you are confirming that you and your child ( ren) do NOT have any of the following:
EPILEPSY
USE OF RECREATIONAL DRUGS OR ALCOHOL
SEVERE MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS ( such as schizophrenia or psychosis)
IMPLANTED MEDICAL DEVICES ( e.g pacemaker or defibrillator)
PREGNANCY
Yoga mats are provided. You and your child may wish to bring items that help you feel comfortable such as a blanket, pillow or eye mask.
