Little Yogi’s Summer sessions

A Children’s yoga session including mindfulness, yoga and a creative craft to take home.
Instructies
The sessions will be held in the Sun room at Mount Pleasant Ecological park on Monday mornings throughout the Summer from 10:30-11:30am. Please ensure your children are wearing comfortable clothing and have a bottle of water.
Parents are welcome to stay (if there is room available), or have an hours break ;) Tiger feet cafe to the left does good food and coffee with indoor and outdoor seating area.

The event will be held in ‘The Sun room’ (previously known as the ‘Green room’). To locate The Sun room, find the building next to the canteen, at the rear of the barn. My A frame sign will be outside for direction.
