This special 90-minute Spring Equinox edition of Slow Flow Sunday invites you to welcome the new season with intention. Expect our signature gentle, vinyasa-style flow overlooking the calming waters of the lake - slow, stretchy and accessible for all levels - with a little more space to breathe, soften and reset 🫶🏻
We’ll move through a nourishing sequence designed to awaken the body after winter, restore balance, and create clarity for the season ahead. Think familiar, grounding, blissful… just deeper.
Enjoy a longer moment of calm before the week begins again - and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer and aligned ✨
The Boathouse is situated within Box End Waterpark, to locate the studio, as you drive into the main car park, continue round to the left and you'll see our beautiful studio overlooking the water. A limited supply of yoga mats, blocks and blankets are provided, however you are welcome to bring your own should you prefer.
Please arrive 5 minutes before the class begins.
Wear comfortable, layered clothing.
If you have any recurring injuries/aches or pains please let me know before the class starts.
