The Calm Collective is an end-of-the-month ritual and invitation to slow all the way down ✨
Under the soft glow of fairy lights, the gentle scent of incense and a thoughtfully curated essential oil blend, we gather to create a space that feels safe, held and quietly magical. In the winter months, we'll be cocooned in bolsters and blankets, in the summer, you are invited to expand and melt, as we move through 90 minutes of nourishing yin yoga - exploring the deeper layers of connective tissue to support mobility and flexibility, while prioritising rest, release and surrender above all else.
Each month carries its own theme, woven intentionally through the practice. An essential oil protocol supports the energetic and emotional landscape of the evening, while moments of spoken word and poetic reflection ripple through the room, with gentle reminders, invitations, and truths to land where they’re needed most 🫶🏻
You’re welcomed with a grounding herbal tea on arrival, and after the practice there’s no rush to re-enter the world. These Friday nights are designed to be lingered in & cherished, a space to be with yourself, to soften, to feel, and to come home 🌿
Box End Physio is based at Vicarage Farm which is located along the Box End Road between Bromham and Kempston. The entrance to the yard is off the B560 (not on Box End Road itself), almost immediately on the right hand side. Once you drive through the gate and enter the yard, you’ll see the clinic ahead of you and to the left. Parking is available along the white wall directly ahead of you, to the right of the clinic. For studio access, please walk round to the right of the main clinic entrance, following the path to the studio entrance.
