Improvers Kayak Course - Coach Mark Garrod
3 x 2hr sessions on Wednesdays
1st May 6:30pm to 8:30pm
8th May 6:30pm to 8:30pm
15th May 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Ideal to develop those paddlers with basic skills. You should be able to manoever your kayak relatively easily in all directions.
The course will look at efficent paddling, support and turning strokes along with efficent rescues.
