SELF-CARE SUMMER - Sound Bath Meditation with Luke

This is a FREE or DONATION BASED 'SELF-CARE SUMMER' event

Luke will be hosting a 45 minute meditation class with crystal singing bowls. This is a very informal class with no previous experience of meditation required.

During this class you will spend 45 minutes being guided through some breath work and mindfulness in order to relax both your body and mind, before enjoying a journey through sound as Luke plays his crystal singing bowls. The class will be laid down on yoga mats, with blankets and bolsters available for comfort. There are also chairs available if you would prefer a seated option.

Classes are held in a peaceful, private studio in Fareham.

There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

FREE TICKETS: At the LV Life Wellbeing Centre, we believe everybody should have the chance to enjoy self-care. We therefore offer free tickets for those in GENUINE FINANCIAL NEED. In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
