This invigorating style of yoga was founded in the 1980s by Larry Schultz, an Ashtanga student who practised in Mysore, India. Rocket Yoga combines traditional Ashtanga with creative vinyasa flow, including postures to cultivate strength, flexibility and balance. This style of yoga is challenging yet full of adaptations to suit your body and practice.
