Join us on Saturday 20th July, 10am–12pm for a calming two-hour Yoga Taster Workshop designed to support anyone experiencing stress, anxiety, or a busy, restless mind. It’s also perfect for those simply looking to relax, unwind, and gently soothe the nervous system.

We’ll begin with a brief, insightful talk on how internal dialogue shapes our emotions and behaviour, based on principles from psychotherapy (Transaction Analysis). Then, through a carefully curated sequence—starting with a gentle Vinyasa flow, transitioning into grounding Yin Yoga, and concluding with deeply restorative Yoga Nidra—you’ll experience how movement and stillness can work together to bring the nervous system into balance.
This extended class offers a glimpse into our upcoming Full-Day Workshop on 14th September, where we’ll go deeper into these practices.
