To help you get the most from your experience, please take a moment to read the following:
✨ Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to settle in and get comfortable. Late entry may not be permitted once the session begins.
✨ What to Bring
Wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring anything that helps you relax—such as a blanket, cushion, yoga mat, or eye mask.
✨ Before You Arrive
Try to avoid heavy meals, caffeine, or alcohol immediately before the session. Staying hydrated is recommended.
✨ During the Session
You will be lying down or seated comfortably. Simply relax and allow the sounds to wash over you—there’s nothing you need to do.
✨ Health Considerations
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any serious health conditions, please inform us before attending.
✨ Aftercare
Take your time getting up afterwards. Drink plenty of water and allow yourself space to integrate the experience.
