Possibly one of my favourite classes to run. This is an intense healing meditation session designed to move any stuck & stagnant energy through and out of the body.
You will be laid within a crystal grid of clear & rose quartz, black tourmaline & black obsidian, with the option of placing chakra crystals on or your around you.
You will be guided through a deeply healing meditation where you will open up, clear, cleanse & balance out 13 of your main chakras, connecting with each one individually as I move around you in turn using the tuning forks.
There is always herbal tea & water on hand as well as extra blankets, pillows and bolsters to make sure you are as toasty & comfy as possible throughout the session
Niveau: Beginner, Intermediate
Just yourself, some fluffy socks & a bottle of water.
A note pad may also be handy for if you want to write anything down that presents itself during the meditation process
Precautions and Contraindications
Epilepsy - some forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound. If you have been diagnosed with epilepsy please check with your doctor whether a sound therapy is safe for you.
Pregnancy-sound baths are not advised in the first 3 months of pregnancy. But please do your own research to make sure you are happy and let us know if you are pregnant.
Severe Mental Health Problems - please check with your doctor or mental health professional that a sound therapy will be safe for you.
Pacemakers, Implants or plates in the body (metal plates, pins, ball joints in particular) - please check with a medical professional whether a sound therapy is safe for you.
