A pre-recorded session of adapted Tai Chi and Health Qi Gong.
The session will be 15-20 minutes long. You can access it any time during the session timings.
Tai Chi originated in ancient China as a martial art and has evolved into a mindful movement practice which helps to strengthen the body and improve balance. Our shortened sets are suitable for people with a variety of health conditions such as arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, Parkinson's and many more. The movements are adapted from traditional Sun Style and Yang Style Tai Chi.
Health Qi Gong is a set of 'Energy flow' exercises combined with deep breathing and mental focus help to strengthen the body, boost immunity and calm the mind.

Please remember this is not a live session and we cannot see you as we would in an online event. Take care to stay within in your comfort zone and look after your safety.
