As the seasons shift from the warmth of summer into the grounding energy of autumn, we invite you to pause, reflect, and release.
✨Our theme is 'Letting Go' — release what no longer serves you and step into autumn with clarity and ease.
This 90-minute experience combines:
🌿 Gentle movement & breathwork to soften the body
🌙 Intention setting for release and renewal
🎶 A deeply restorative sound bath to soothe the nervous system
🍫 A heart-opening cacao ritual to guide us inward
