This time we are adding in more yoga - I’ve arranged an earlier start at 9am so we can take our time and truly indulge in the movements.
Expect a mindful flow focusing on slow controlled movement and deep breathing, we'll move fluidly between asana with a meditative pace making it accessible to all.
We will take our time throughout the morning to create a calm and serene experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Includes yoga, brunch, yummy treat and a gift.
