We’re excited to welcome back Oddity Ceramics for a special Valentine’s air-dry clay workshop for parents and children.
Together, you’ll create a beautiful keepsake using your child’s handprint, footprint (or another simple shape of their choice!), which will be shaped, finished, and then painted with love by you and your child. Children will be involved in the creative process, helping to decorate and personalise the piece, while parents support with the clay work to help ensure a lasting result.
This workshop is best suited to older children who enjoy sitting, creating, and following simple guidance. Parents will take the lead with pressing prints and shaping the clay, while children can take charge of painting, colour choices, and creative details
All materials are included, and guidance will be provided throughout. No experience needed — just creativity and a little Valentine’s spirit.
Free play will be available throughout the event, and if your child prefers not to take part in the clay activity, participation is never essential.
👕 Please dress children in old clothes, as clay and paint can be messy!

To make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please read the following before your visit:
Supervision: All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Respect the space: Please help us keep the café tidy and safe for all guests.
Allergies: Let a member of staff know about any allergies before ordering food or drinks.
Food & drink: Only food and drinks purchased at the Play Café may be consumed on-site. Due to the nature of event, only drinks and confectionery will be sold
Clothing: Crafting can get messy! We recommend wearing old clothes or bringing an apron.
Arrival time: Please arrive a few minutes early so your child can settle in before we begin.
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person if need be, just let us know beforehand!
Photos: We sometimes take photos for social media — please let us know on arrival if you prefer not to be included.
