Join Emily for an evening to fully relax and reset in September.
Yin yoga is a passive style of practice where we spend time in each posture to slowly release the muscle, facia and connective tissues of the body. The practice is mainly floor based with props to support your practice.
We will then move into a deep relaxation which is guided to help you completely let go.
