Join @ginawiththedreads & @osher.wellness for a nourishing evening of Yin Yoga, Gentle Movement & Alchemy Sound Healing to honour the Spring Full Moon and the Lunar New Year 🌕🌸

As we welcome the energy of spring and the beginning of a new lunar cycle, this special session invites you to awaken, realign, and set intentions for the season ahead. A moment to gently shed the heaviness of winter and step into renewal, growth, and possibility.

Our evening begins with gentle and yin yoga guided by Gina (@ginawiththedreads), featuring slow, expansive postures inspired by the rhythms of spring and Traditional Chinese Medicine. These practices are designed to stimulate energy flow, encourage openness, and support fresh beginnings in both body and mind.

You’ll then be guided into an immersive alchemy sound journey with Georgia (@osher.wellness). Using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments, this meditative experience helps calm the nervous system, open the heart, and deepen your connection to lunar energy, supporting intention-setting as we move into the lunar new year.

Together, these practices form a heart-centred full moon ritual, honouring renewal, balance, and transformation 🌙✨

All equipment is provided; simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to be held by the experience. We’ll close the evening with herbal tea and sweet treats to gently nourish body and soul.
