This booking is for a 6 week beginners pole fitness course.
Classes are 1hr and involve warm up / cool down, learning pole tricks, techniques, strength building and control. As a guide it takes approximately 18wks to teach you all elements of a routine, from the most simple linking move to an advanced trick.
The class is more orientated around strengthening and toning, rather than the seductive dancing option. I do teach you a couple of routines so you learn how to link your moves together smoothly, and can practice at home if you have a pole.
Niveau: Beginner
Please wear shorts or leggings that can be pulled up to at least mid-thigh height as it will hinder your ability to learn tricks if you don't have your legs available (short shorts will be required further on in your progression). Most ladies tend to do the class bare foot. Please bring a bottle of juice/water to keep you hydrated. Please DON'T use moisturiser at least 3hrs before the class as you will find it hard to grip onto the pole and it will make it slippery for others.

Beginners Pole Fitness Classes
All classes are £66 for a 6wk course and there will be a maximum of 5 people in the class. You can book as an individual or as a group to join a class. Unfortunately due to demand this is the only class option available at the moment. All ticket sales are final and non refundable. At times class dates may be subject to change but advanced notice will be given and alternative dates of the same week day will be given.
