Our Hoop Fundamentals class is the perfect place to begin your aerial journey. Whether you’re completely new or looking to build strong foundations, we’ll teach you everything step by step in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. 🌟

You’ll be learning with our amazing new instructor Leanne, whose encouraging teaching style and passion for aerial will have you feeling confident from your very first class. 💙✨

No experience or upper body strength needed—we’ll build it together! 💪😊

Come and discover your new favourite hobby! 💙🙌

Experienced at hoop? Great, we can challenge you up to Intermediate level within this class.

✨ Get ready to spin, swing and have fun!

👖 Please wear leggings (these are the most comfortable for beginners).
👕 Wear whatever you feel comfortable in – a T-shirt, vest or crop top is absolutely fine. If you prefer, you can also bring a long-sleeved top and socks, especially if you’d like a little extra comfort.
💇‍♀️ Long hair must be tied back securely.
💍 Please remove all jewellery, including rings, watches and bracelets.
💧 Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
⏰ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you checked in and ready to start.
