SOUND BATH

Join Pollyana for a nourishing and relaxing sound bath.

This event offers a soothing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, allowing you to let go of stress and tension while connecting with your inner self.

During this session Pollyana will be using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gong, chimes, frame drum and various others instruments that will take into a inner journey of healing, awakening and transformation.

Taking part in a sound bath can have numerous benefits for both the mind and body. The use of various instruments, such as singing bowls and gongs, chimes can promote deep relaxation and reduce stress and anxiety.

The vibrations and frequencies produced by the instruments can also help to balance and harmonise the energy in the body, leading to a sense of overall well-being.

Additionally, sound baths have been known to improve sleep, enhance creativity, and even alleviate physical pain and discomfort.

By immersing oneself in the calming and therapeutic sounds of a sound bath, individuals can experience a deep sense of inner peace and rejuvenation.

For this session you will be laying down for around 1 hour. Please bring with you a mat to lay on, a cushion, a blanket, a blindfold and a water bottle. I recommend you wear comfortable clothes so you can lay and rest deeply.

PLEASE BRING WITH YOU: Mat to lay on, blanket (or sleeping bag), cushion, eye mask, water bottle. I encourage you to wear warm and comfortable clothes for this event, so you can rest with ease. The floor of the studio can feel cold sometimes, so do make sure to bring things to keep you cozy.
