🗓 28 November · 4–8pm
📍 THE HEARTH studio, Selkirk

This will be a special edition gathering, with UV body paint (oh yes, we’re going tribal and glowing under the lights!), a heart-opening cacao ceremony, free dance, a soothing sound bath, and a shared potluck dinner.

🌿 What to Expect
✨ Face and body painting to begin the journey
✨ Cacao ceremony, connecting with Mama Cacao’s sacred medicine
✨ Ecstatic, liberating dance: wild, free and expressive
✨ A nourishing 30-minute sound bath to integrate
✨ A potluck dinner. Please bring a vegetarian/vegan and if possible gluten-free dish to share (sourdough always welcome!)

Cacao 🤎
An ancient plant medicine, used for thousands of years across the Americas. A true heart-opener: warming, nourishing and connecting.

Dance 💃🕺
A celebration of life and an ancestral practice of liberation. Through movement, we reconnect with ourselves, each other and the world, releasing what is stuck and remembering our joy.

CACAO + DANCE = Connection, Fun, Freedom & Friendship!

This is a grounded, uplifting and soul-filling evening, full of love, joy and community.

This is the last CACAO & DANCE of the year!
We cannot wait to share this magical evening with you.
