In this informal online 5-week group we will be sharing information about the challenges that can arise for many ADHDers going through this life transition, discussing the latest scientific research and taking time to listen and share our unique experiences and stories.
The group will be facilitated by Clair Simpson, Founding Director of Procrastination Station CIC and Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC) - who at age 51 is very much in the midst of this transition herself!
