UDF - Baddass Bangers!
Details
Some songs make you want to dance. Some songs make you feel like you could walk away from an explosion without looking back.
This is an hour of the latter.
Badass Bangers is packed with big beats, filthy basslines, attitude, swagger and those tracks that somehow make you stand a little taller the second they kick in. Pop, rock, R&B, club classics - genre is irrelevant. If it bangs and makes us feel mildly invincible, it’s in.
As always, UDF is completely follow-along. No routines to learn, no getting it perfect and absolutely no requirement to already know what you’re doing. Just turn up, follow me and spend an hour dancing like you’ve got considerably fewer responsibilities than you actually have.
No pressure. No perfection. Just absolute bangers and main-character levels of attitude.
Move. Sweat. Smile. Feel badass.
Instructies
