Rooted Autism and Disability Friendly Group 8-14 years Rooted is now meeting online from 10-11 each Saturday
Rooted is a fun, safe autism and disability friendly inclusive group, full of exciting learning activities and social opportunities Sessions are led by a qualified and experienced teacher, and friendly, welcoming staff.
Activities are planned jointly with the young people based on their interests and incorporating themes including music, gardening, cooking and art.
When you have booked
You will receive a booking confirmation via email. This will include a link to "View online event".
Click this link and it will take you to the page which ,on the right hand side, gives you the Join Zoom meeting link, in both text and button form.
Either click the button on the day, or copy paste the link in your browser.
Please DO NOT share the link.
You will see a message when you click to attend, saying "nearly there". This means you have entered the waiting room, and the host (usually Rose) will be able to see you are there, and let you into the main room.
All staff will have video and audio on so you can clearly see them.
We will record the sessions in case of any safeguarding issues, but other participants will not be able to record them.
Remember to follow usual online safety rules.
