Join us for a deeply immersive sound journey in the beautiful yurt at the Hospice of St Francis, designed to help you relax, release and restore balance.

A lovely opportunity to share some time to pause, breathe and reconnect with someone special.
We will be using a carefully curated collection of therapeutic instruments (including gongs, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rain sticks, handpan).
The location is incredibly peaceful and surrounded by stunning views of the countryside. There is also a lovely café on site should you wish to have a cuppa after the experience.
Please note Sound Baths are safe for most people, however may not be suitable for people with the following:
pacemaker or other implanted electrical device
Epilepsy or sound sensitivity
First trimester of pregnancy
