Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

Class schedule
1:00pm - 1:10pm - Arrival and registration
1:10pm - 1:30am - Warm up
1:30pm - 2:00pm- Learn a dance routine
2:00pm - 2:10pm - Break
2:10pm - 2:20pm - Learn a dance routine
2:20pm - 2:30pm - Cool down
2:30pm - Departure
Instructies
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a car park at the side of the hall with additional on street parking.
