First enjoy a 40 minute deeply relaxing QiGong session lead by Caroline Beynon; then join me for a 40 minute Sound bath. This combined session is designed to relax and restore your body and mind.
Tai Chi Qigong is a beautiful gentle moving meditation returning us to the healing present moment. The flowing moves will help you relax and open to the journey of sound.
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your body and mind into a more aligned state using carefully selected instruments and notes.
Sound therapy has been scientifically proven to provide a wide range of benefits for the mind, body, and spirit:
-Deep Relaxation; vibrations can reduce muscle tension and inflammation
-Stress and Anxiety Relief; listening to certain frequencies is shown to reduce cortisol levels

Please arrive to the venue at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Latecomers will not be permitted as to avoid disruption.
Please review the attached waiver and consent forms prior to the session. You will be required to sign that you have read and understand upon arrival to the session.
Please bring a yoga mat, any pillows, blankets or other items that may make you comfortable; water bottle.
Suggested attire: Comfortable clothing; consider layers as your body may cool as it enters dream-like state. You will need to take your shoes off so please consider socks to keep your feet warm.
Please avoid consuming any alcohol prior to the session.
*We have a few zero gravity lounge chairs available. These are first come, first serve.
