Summer Solstice Yoga & Sauna
Marking the longest day of the year, Summer Solstice is the pinnacle of light in the Celtic Wheel. Since Winter Solstice, the light and energy in the land have been building steadily day by day, and marking seasonal portals with ritual and awareness give us an opportunity to observe nature’s unique qualities, powers and invitations as the seasons change.
Join us for a morning of Yoga, ritual, nature and sharing in community. Our Hatha Yoga practice is based on nature’s elements, making this the perfect practice to honor the energy of each season through the lens of our physical body and energies naturally existing in and around us.
Optional social sauna session with Skellig Sauna at the magical Cuas Crom beach.
