🌿 An Intimate Evening of Meditation & Sound 🌿
I'm delighted to be collaborating with Sanctuary Plants to offer a truly special evening of meditation and a beautiful immersive sound bath, using crystal and hymalayan singing bowls, the crystal harp, chimes and singing along with the powerful shruti box.
Nestled on Haddington High Street, Sanctuary Plants is a calming independent plant shop filled with lush greenery, carefully chosen houseplants, botanical gifts and a peaceful atmosphere. From the moment you step inside, it feels like a little oasis away from the busyness of everyday life, the perfect setting to slow down, breathe and simply be.
With just 8 spaces available, this will be an intimate and nurturing experience, allowing you to fully relax while surrounded by beautiful plants and soothing sounds.
After the meditation and sound bath, we'll gather together to enjoy: 🍵 Herbal teas by Seilich 🧁 and a delicious home-baked treat.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session begins to allow time to settle in and help us start promptly.
What to bring:
Yoga mats are provided.
Please bring anything that helps you feel warm and comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow or cushion. You may also wish to wear cosy layers and warm socks.
Please note Sound baths are not suitable for:
Anyone in the first trimester of pregnancy.
People with sound-induced epilepsy.
Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted medical device should seek advice from their healthcare professional before attending.
If you have a serious medical condition or significant mental health concerns, please consult your healthcare professional if you are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you.
