Step into a gentle morning, where stillness meets sound and the outside world softens into the background…
Join us for a nourishing session of meditation and sound, held in a warm and welcoming space.
Lynette will begin by guiding you through a soothing body scan, allowing you to settle into your body and release tension. From here, you’ll be led into a beautiful, immersive meditation, while Paul weaves a rich soundscape using crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, and other carefully chosen instruments, guiding you into a deeper state of relaxation.
You’ll then be invited to rest fully as Paul holds space for a 40-minute sound bath, allowing the layered frequencies to support your nervous system and encourage deep calm.
To gently bring you back, Lynette will close the session with grounding affirmations, leaving you feeling centred, supported, and at ease.
Each guest will also receive a hand-painted affirmation card to take home, a small, meaningful reminder of your experience.
After the session, you’re warmly invited to stay for tea and cake, giving you time to ground, connect, and ease back into the day.

Arrival
Please arrive around 10 minutes before the session begins, allowing yourself time to settle in gently.
Entry is via the fire door at the back of the building.
What to Wear
Come dressed in comfortable, cosy clothing anything that helps you fully relax and feel at ease.
Important Information
Sound baths are not suitable for those who:
• Are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Have a pacemaker or severe heart conditions
• Experience sound-induced epilepsy or severe sound sensitivity
