Candlelit 🕯 Sacred Sound Journey ✨️

Step into a deeply restorative 60-minute candlelit journey of sound, stillness, and connection.
This experience begins with a gentle guided meditation and a spritz of my own handmade Aura Spray, created with organic essential oils to cleanse and ground your energy. You’ll then be bathed in healing vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, drum, percussion instruments, and the soothing sound of my voice, inviting deep relaxation and calmness into your body and mind.

The evening also includes:
✨ A distant Reiki blessing sent to the whole group the night before.
✨ An optional angel card to set your intention.
✨ Time together after class with tea & homemade cake, creating space to share, connect, and nurture community.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply nourished.
What to bring: your yoga mat, blanket, pillow(s), hot water bottle, or anything that brings you comfort. Please wear comfortable clothing. Eye pillows will be provided.

Duration: 60 minutes (plus tea & cake time after)

🎶 Sound Healing
Sound healing is usually safe, but it may not be suitable if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or serious mental health concerns. Please check with your doctor if unsure.

🚗 Parking & Travel
There are plenty of free parking spaces at Nuneaton Heritage Centre. You’re also very welcome to car share if you’d like.
