Embark on the ultimate running adventure with our Couch to 5K program – specially designed for absolute beginners! We'll take it slow, spice it up with fun, and build up to conquering that 5km finish line over 9 weeks, beginning on the 1st May. Meet in Newnham Car Park at 6.30pm (GL14 1BH). Over 16 years only.
