Use not one but two pieces of equipment together in one choreography! Learn and enjoy a combination of moves performed on a chair and a pole at the same time. The moves are beginner friendly and because of the Halloween theme there is a spooky twist!
All levels welcome. Heels optional. Kneepads recommended.
Feel free to dress up!
For maximum enjoyment:
-wear comfortable clothes that won't restrict your movement (you can wear whatever makes you feel empowered)
-wear kneepads if you have them
-no shoes needed, you can dance barefoot or in socks
-bring a bottle of water
