Yoga & Sound Bath Evening

With Sam & Arianna – Experienced Teachers of Movement & Sound
This evening is designed to help your body and mind genuinely switch off.
We begin with slow, intentional yoga to release physical tension and signal safety to the nervous system. Gentle movement and conscious breathing help shift you out of “doing mode” and into a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) state.
You’ll then be guided into a deeply immersive sound bath. Resonant frequencies and rhythmic sound support brainwave slowing, encouraging profound relaxation, mental clarity, and a blissed out state where the body can fully restore itself.

No prior yoga experience is needed. Just come ready to lie down, listen, and let your system reset.

Please bring your own yoga mat if you want to, or we have plenty here at the studio.
Blankets and pillows and any bolsters you may like.
Refreshments provided, bring your own water bottle.
