This two-hour workshop invites you to sink into the Earth element of late summer; a season of softness, sweetness and coming home to yourself.
Through yoga, somatic movement and neurology-informed practices, you’ll explore what it means to feel held and supported from within.
Slow, spiralling motions unwind old tension, while Brain Gym patterns awaken clarity and connection. Each movement becomes an intentional act of nourishment, grounding you through the stomach and spleen pathways, back to your centre. Allow yourself to quietly steady the breath, settle the nervous system and re-root into your inner landscape.
