An exciting workshop learning different tricks with your hula hoop. We'll start with looking at some on body skills - mostly how to hoop on the waist, and then move on to some of the other skills like you'll see in the show. If appropriate, we'll then put these skills in a routine to music. All hoops provided.
Open to all ages and abilities - Lisa T has a wealth of experience teaching workshops in this way.
Bring water. Come dressed for the beach and ready to have fun.
