Come and join me for a special early morning session to celebrate Beltane on 1st May at 7am, surrounded by the beauty of the woods 💚
The session would include:

🌸 A gentle guided meditation
🔔 A relaxing sound bath
🔥 A Beltane blessing to welcome the energy of the season
🌳 Time to explore the woods and connect with nature
🥐 A simple breakfast under the trees
📝Time to journal, read or simply connect with others
This will be a calm, nurturing way to start the day and honour this beautiful time of growth, light, and new beginnings 🙏✨

Instructies
Please bring a picnic blanket, or yoga mat (it’s a good idea to have both if you can), a cup for herbal tea, a pen and journal if you wish, and plenty of warm clothing/blanket
