Relax with Siân - Autumn Equinox Special

Join me on Sunday 27th September for a very special relaxation workshop. The Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon, marks the moment when day and night are equal in length, symbolising balance and reflection. It’s a time to honour the harvest, express gratitude, and gently prepare for the inward turn of the darker months. A beautiful opportunity to pause, let go, and realign with nature’s shifting rhythms
This 2 hour session will consist of some gentle stretches and mindful movement to help move you out of your head, and into your body, then move onto some breathing techniques that can then be incorporated into your daily life. We will continue with some gratitude practices, self massage and then a soothing meditation to finish the session along with a Nurture Harmonics sound bath. There will be a chance to chat, chill and have snacks and hot drinks at the end.
Wear your comfy clothes, and feel free to bring a blanket or cushion.
The session is open to all abilities due to the gentle nature of the session.
Instructies
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle. Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you wish, along with a blanket and cushion
