What does hygge mean?
In essence, hygge means creating a warm atmosphere and enjoying the good things in life with good people. The warm glow of candlelight is hygge.
We will start getting cosy under our blankets before learning different options for Savasana (yoga realaxing) with option of genlte massage whilst in each posture finishing with a reiki healing meditation
